If you get in touch with us using the contact form on our website we may save the details you give us on our computer. This will help us assist you if you contact us at a later date. We will not share your details with anyone.
We will not pass your personal data to any third party unless we are required by law to do so.

We do our utmost to keep your data secure. You have the right to know that under GDPR any personal data breach must be reported to the office of the Information Commissioner if it is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms.
All shows are edited on our computers and duplicated in house. No copies of the show are sold to the general public. Copies of the show are only given to the show organiser. If a show organiser wishes EditPoint to distribute the copies we will do but only to a list provided or via a page on our website which is password protected. The password is supplied to the show organiser. If purchasing via the order page we will use the details supplied to fulfill the order. No details are kept or stored on our computers.
We assume that the show organiser has gained permission from parents for their child to appear on the DVD.
The final edit of the show is held on a hard drive and/or DVD in our studio. We will not post any of the video to social media sites unless specifically requested to by the show organiser. Some scenes may be included in a showreel but participants will not be identified.
